What Quality of Paper Do You Use for Prints?

Our prints are made on High-Quality 230gsm Matte Finish Fine Art Paper, ensuring a lifespan of 50 years when framed properly. We use an Epson Fine Art Printer with a resolution of 2400 x 1200 DPI and Epson Ultra Chrome PRO HDR Archival inks.

What Are the Sizes for the Images and Frames?

Our wall art is sold by print size, meaning the frame size (if opted for) will be larger. Each poster comes with a black keyline and a white border, designed for framing. For specific size inquiries, contact us via email.

Why Do Website Images Appear Slightly Blurred?

Images on our website are optimized for a quicker browsing experience and are reduced in quality for display purposes. Rest assured, our actual prints are sharp and color-accurate.

What Are the Border Options for Your Art Prints?

When choosing prints on paper from our store, you have two border options:

White Border: Selecting this option means the print will include a self-white border, which is part of the overall size. See our Size Chart for border widths for each print size. The artwork will appear smaller within this border.

No White Border: Choose this for a full edge-to-edge print without any white border.

We advise checking the inner window measurement of your frame if self-framing, to ensure compatibility with our sizes. Contact our customer care team for guidance. All unframed prints are securely rolled and shipped in a protective mailer tube.

Do I Receive a Tracking Number for My Order?

Absolutely! Upon dispatch of your finished print, we’ll provide you with a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your order in the Order Status section of your account, or contact us for assistance at .

Can I Change My Order After Placing It?

Once an order is placed, it usually goes straight to our warehouse, making changes difficult once production has started. We encourage prompt communication for any shipping detail edits. Unfortunately, orders already in production cannot be altered. To change your order post-checkout, please email us directly. Changes cannot be made online.

Why Did Pricing Change from Cart to Checkout?

Prices in the Shopping Cart are shown in your local currency. When you proceed to checkout, prices convert to Australian Dollars, our transactional currency. Exchange rates are determined by your Credit Card provider or PayPal.

How Are Items Shipped?

We offer both framed and unframed options. Unframed posters are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes, while framed posters are flat packed with protective padding. Please note that shipping of Framed Extra Large (A1 Size) Posters internationally is currently unavailable.

What Is Your Returns Policy/Process?

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you’re not happy with the quality, return the poster within 7 days for an exchange. Ensure secure packaging for returns, and note that international returns are currently not accepted.
